The CoARC just completed annual fee invoicing (October 6, 2021). We are using Quickbooks online so it will look different than invoicing in the past. The invoices went to the billing contact on record at your school. If you are not the billing contact you did not receive an invoice. If a billing contact needs to be changed or you are requesting a W-9, Tammy Alsup is the point of contact tammy@coarc.com. For your convenience, the invoice may be paid directly from the email by credit card or ACH (direct deposit). Programs may still of course pay by check as always. The email will have the invoice attached as a pdf. The due date for the annual fee for next year is January 31, 2022. If you have questions about billing please contact me.
