Graduate and Employer Surveys

Administered to program graduates employed /employers of all program graduates six (6) to twelve (12) months after graduation.

Both surveys to be used when completing the Annual Report.

Programs are encouraged to adapt the survey templates below for use with third-party web-based survey software.

A sample CONSENT AND AUTHORIZATION TO RELEASE STUDENT EMPLOYER SURVEY INFORMATION form is available to improve CoARC Employer Survey return rates. Programs are free to use their own institutional forms.
