We are excited to announce that the Report of Current Status (RCS) portal is open and your program information can now be updated!
To access your report go to https://rcs.coarc.com. You will use the same username and password that you were given previously in the e-mail entitled “Welcome to the CoARC AMS” (unless you initiated a change to your password). As a reminder, the password is case sensitive and will not allow extra space if you are copying and pasting (has to be exact). The program also must be opened in Google Chrome.
We will start accepting the 2019 reports starting December 1, 2019 so do not be alarmed, your “submit” button will appear at that time (the “submit” button is currently hidden). The 2019 report is for 2016-2018 student information. What that means is you need to provide accurate information for any student that entered (i.e., enrolled/transferred in) and left (i.e., transferred out, dropped out, or graduated) between January 1, 2016 and December 31, 2018.
A copy of your report can be found at any time on the Home tab of the RCS Report.
The 2019 RCS is due February 1, 2020.
Thank you all for your patience during this process. As you will notice, the interface of the system looks identical to what we were using previously; it is our hope that this helps. If you find any issues that need to be addressed, please also let us know. We want to make sure you all get taken care of and will be offering free live and recorded webinars- details to come.

To help streamline the process and avoid slower response times, we ask that you contact only one of them; they will do their best to respond within business 24 hours, if not sooner.
