The Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC) invites respiratory care professionals, educators, students, program directors, clinical affiliates, and members of the public to attend a public hearing to provide feedback on the currently under development.

Monday, September 15, 2025, at 1:00 PM (CT)
Remote Access via Ring Central will be provided upon RSVP to attend.
To attend virtually, please RSVP by emailing shelley@coarc.com no later than 10:00 AM (CT) on September 15, 2025. Your RSVP must include your full name, email address, phone number, and display name (if different from your full name). Ring Central link details will be sent upon confirmation.
Purpose:
The purpose of this public hearing is to gather comments and recommendations on the draft 2025 CoARC Accreditation Standards, ensuring they continue to reflect the needs of the profession, educational programs, and the public. All feedback will be reviewed by the Standards Committee for possible inclusion in the final version.

Submitting Written Comments:
Written comments may be submitted in advance, at the public hearing, or directly to CoARC staff. All written testimony must:
- Be related to the draft 2025 Standards
- Include the commenter’s full name, affiliation or relationship to the profession (e.g., student, educator, employer, clinical preceptor, community member), and contact information (email and phone)
- Be signed (typed signature acceptable if submitted electronically)
