1  New programs are invoiced effective January 1 of the year following issuance of Letter of Review.

2  If the same sponsor has a second accredited program at the same location, the second fee is reduced.

3 The annual fee for a Distributed On-line Option is assessed if enrollment in greater than 100 students or the number of active clinical affiliates is greater than 10.
